1. Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: The jewelry must be in its original condition, unused, unaltered, and with all original tags, packaging, and certificates intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid invoice or order number is required for all returns.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Customized or Personalized Jewelry: Items made to your specific requirements (e.g., engraved pieces, custom designs).
- Earrings for Pierced Ears: Due to hygiene concerns.
- Sale or Discounted Items: Unless the item is defective or damaged.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Our team will guide you through the process and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Pack the Item: Securely pack the jewelry in its original packaging, including all tags, certificates, and invoices.

- Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Inspection and Refund
- Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.
- Refund Amount: The refund will include the cost of the jewelry minus any shipping charges (if applicable).
5. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs for exchanges unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund at no additional cost to you. (Customer needs to ensure to create a video at the time of delivery for Damaged or Defective items, will be used for the reference).
7. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the item has not been shipped. Once the item is shipped, our standard return policy applies.
